The Indigenous CREATE program intends to create training opportunities for students who want to better understand ongoing changes in the environment by participating in research projects. Please explain why you feel you should be part of this program. This may include reflecting on:

  • Your own Indigeneity,
  • Experiences you have had working with Indigenous communities (this may include courses you have taken, land-based experiences, etc.),
  • How your research will contribute to the Indigenous communities you will be working with, and
  • Work experience in the environmental sector.
